Recreeds allows a 10-day return and Exchange window starting from the day your order is delivered.

We offer exchanges for size, and color (if applicable) as well as product-to-product exchanges. If, for any reason, you need to return a product, the refund will be credited to your Recreeds Wallet after the quality check of the products received at our warehouse.

 If you choose to return a product within the specified return window of 10days, you will be eligible for a Recreeds Wallet Refund of the amount paid for the product.

Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable after the goods have been returned.

The refund amount will be credited back into Customers Recreeds wallet once we have conducted a quality check on the returned product.

 If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product during delivery, please contact us within 24 hours at support@recreeds.com.

It is mandatory to provide an unboxing video of the package when reporting such issues. Without the video, we regret to inform you that we will be unable to assist with your case.

Manufacturing Defects: In case we find that the product has a manufacturing defect or damage, and the case is approved by our agent, we will arrange for a pick-up of the product by our end and initiate the refund into your Recreeds wallet or your source account, based on your convenience.


Missing or Wrong product : If any product is missing from your order or if the wrong product is sent to you and the case is approved by the agent you can choose to receive a refund into your Recreeds wallet or request the dispatch of the original product.
Please be aware that the dispatch of orders depends on the availability of stock

Product Exception: Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for products like Baby Tees.

Self-Shipping : In the event of a return or exchange, the customer is responsible for self-shipping the product.
