Exchange and Refund Policy
We allows a 10-day return and Exchange window starting from the day your order is delivered.
We offer size, color (if applicable) as well as product-to-product exchanges. In case of return, the refund will be credited exclusively in your Recreeds Wallet subject to passing quality check.
Reverse Shipping charges / Self-Shipping : In the event of a return or exchange, the customer can either self-ship the product or can request a pickup by simply paying the reverse shipping charges of ₹100/-
If you choose to return a product within the specified return window of 10days, you will be eligible for a Recreeds Wallet Refund of the amount paid for the product.
Please note that any kind of shipping charges are non-refundable.
The refund amount will be credited back into Customers Recreeds wallet subject to quality check
If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product during delivery, please contact us within 24 hours at support@recreeds.com.
It is mandatory to provide an unboxing video of the package when reporting such issues. Without the video, we regret to inform you that we will be unable to assist with your case.

*Incase of product unavailability during exchange the product amount will be credited in your Recreeds Wallet exclusively with additional 50 credit point.
*Any kind of modification will be disabled throughout sale period.
Manufacturing Defects: In case we find that the product has a manufacturing defect or damage, and the case is approved by our agent, we will arrange for a pick-up of the product by our end and initiate the refund into your Recreeds wallet or your source account, based on your convenience.
Missing or Wrong product : If any product is missing from your order or if the wrong product is sent to you and the case is approved by the agent you can choose to receive a refund into your Recreeds wallet or request the dispatch of the original product.
